• Generation and editing features may consume credits based on the selected model, quantity, resolution, uploaded references, and other settings shown on this site.
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.
• Credit packs are digital service credits for use on this site.
• By purchasing, you authorize the selected payment method to be charged for the order, renewal, taxes, and applicable fees.

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, reference materials, generated images, edited images, and any use of those outputs. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and use the result.

You give Banano AI Pro permission to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, modify, and display your content as needed to operate the service, provide AI image features, maintain security, provide support, and enforce these Terms.

• Do not violate laws, payment rules, or another person's rights.
• Do not create, request, upload, edit, store, or distribute pornography, sexual content, sexualized nudity, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or any sexualized depiction of minors.
• Do not create hateful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, violent, self-harm, illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not impersonate others, mislead viewers about AI-generated content, infringe rights, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, attack, resell access, or bypass safety systems.

Banano AI Pro is an independent AI image generation and editing service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Gemini, Nano Banana, ByteDance, Seedream, Wan, OpenAI, or any model owner. Model names identify generation options, search intent, or public market topics discussed on this site.
